Video consultations do not replace routine face to face consultations however they provide convenience and flexibility in delivering healthcare in some scenarios.

They are not suitable for:

• Urgent or serious issues or symptoms.
• Where a physical exam to be likely needed.
• For sensitive issues.
• Where you do not have access to stable high speed internet and privacy.

If you are in any doubt if a video consultation is suitable for video consultation, please seek another type of consultation with Mungret Medical Centre. Also please note the Doctor may request you attend for a face to face consultation in addition to the video consultation if needed.

This request is only suitable for non-urgent issues and appointment requests. If you have entered non-appointment information and/or non-appointment requests or similar that does not pertain to an appointment request unfortunately we are unable to process the same.
